Annotation

The article touches upon principles of information technologies elective courses development and their methodological support in the form of the basic educational means of modular system of elective courses educational aids (MOSEK) aimed at providing schoolchildren with sufficient professional training in this area. The author analyses main advantages and disadvantages of the existing approaches to elective courses development, reveals main objectives of MOSEK system as well as its advantages in comparison with existing techniques of elective courses development. The article also lists main subject areas covered within MOSEK system and assesses its efficiency in professional training elective courses development.
