Annotation

The article presents the peculiarities of the reform of higher professional education in the context of its globalization and internationalization, reveals the content of the international educational integration and explains the concept of “internationalization of the university”. The author also focuses on the main international trends and priorities of the reform of higher professional education, gives the intrinsic characteristics of the integration of higher education in the global system as an objective sustainable interaction and mutual influence of national systems of vocational training based on common goals and principles. The article also interprets the meaning of full integration of Russia as an equal partner into the global educational community.
