Annotation

The article presents important substantive laws of professional growth of future lecturers. First of all, it is complete dependence of professional growth of the student on his own activities and the way and kind of cognitive activities he carries out and the way he is developing and shaping his skills and abilities as well as personality traits. The second stage of professional formation of future lecturers coincides with the stages of their self-education development as a specialist and a professional educator. We formulate the restructuring of the traditional educational process as its reorientation to the professional development of the personality of future lecturers, strengthening of personality-oriented approach, students’ creative abilities development, reliance on self-education and active participation in scientific research.
