Annotation

This article defines the concept “professional interaction of teachers” involving the teacher is preparation for the innovative activities in the educational institution. The author considers the teacher is preparation for the innovative activities in the educational institution, which implies such qualities as value-oriented maturity, innovative activity, creativity, professional ability and individual peculiarities of the teacher. Assessment of the teacher is preparation for the innovative activities is possible with the help of the card of teacher is preparation. The article gives hints of how to use this card.
