THE FORMATION OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS’ PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE IN THE EDUCATIONAL SPACE “SCHOOL – SUPPLEMENTARY EDUCATION – UNIVERSITY”
Annotation
The article focuses on the potential of the educational space “school – supplementary education – university” for the development of authentic and personified professional self-determination of high school students. The educational space in question is created taking into account pedagogical, psychological-pedagogical and social-pedagogical design and age characteristics of high-school students. The efficiency of the model is proved by the fact that most high-school students who took tart part in the experimental model test succeed in forming the competence of professional self-determination as well as by quick adaptation to the university system of education and satisfaction with the chosen profession.Key words
