Annotation

The given research is aimed at revealing the factors ensuring top managers’ successful activities. The author shows interdependence of business success factors and top managers’ success levels and defines the concept “top-manager’s business success.” The article also reflects the results of empiric research aimed at proving the theoretical model of blocks of factors of top-managers’ successful activities.
