SENSE AND STRUCTURE OF SOCIAL-ADAPTIVE POTENTIAL OF A FUTURE CULTURE AND ART SPECIALIST

Annotation

This article reveals the essence of social-adaptive potential of the future specialist from the point of view of systematic synergetic approach, its meaning and personal sense, mechanisms of realization, its structure and certain peculiarities of culture and art workers. The author defines this integral personal education. The main components of social-adaptive potential of the future specialist are as follows: adaptive-dispositional characteristics of a person, their spiritual and moral directions, creative abilities, sociability, volitional development, self-perception and experience of control behavior. There are certain peculiarities of social-adaptive potential of culture and art specialists: spiritual dominants in the system of its components; the primary use of communicative abilities in the capacity of the operative-technological resource; the artistic type of creativity; developed skills of self-organization and self-regulation.
