FIGURATIVE PERCEPTION OF ARTISTIC WORK BY THE ARTIST-TEACHER

Annotation

The purpose of the article is to analyse the problem of the teacher’s figurative perception. The author compares the characteristics of ordinary, visual, art and figurative perception of the art products and analyses various approaches to the problem of perception of art products. The concept of figurative perception is treated as integrated reflection of a work of art in the unity of three components: composite frame, art language and artistic image. The author stresses the importance of figurative perception development in the fine arts teacher’s professional training.
