Annotation

The given article presents the author’s model of civil education in modern school, which takes into account the concept of the civil society development. The author thoroughly analyses a number of approaches and values of the modern civil education. The author comes to the conclusion that the conceptual model of the civil education is in fact a combination of a number of basic elements, including conceptual ideas, goals and basic approaches, methods and technologies, means and criteria and also the achieved results.
