PEDAGOGICAL AMBITION: PSYCHOSEMANTIC INTERPRETATION OF PRESCHOOL TEACHERS’ IDEAS

Annotation

The given article presents the results of a theoretical and methodological analysis of the phenomenon of pedagogical ambition in psychological literature, which serves the basis for the author’s definition of pedagogical ambition as a motivated psychic formation. The author also reveals its components and shows the results of the psycho-semantic interpretation of preschool teachers’ ideas of pedagogical ambition, and the peculiarities of their self-estimation and moral estimation.
