Annotation

This article is devoted to the problem of psychological and pedagogical training as means of professional competence development of the teacher. The author makes an attempt to find a complex way of theoretical and practical improvement of knowledge, skills and abilities of increasing pedagogical craftsmanship in the system of primary school teachers’ professional training with the help of up-to-date topics in psychological and pedagogical training included into the system of professional training. The author reveals the content, methodology, technology of the psychological and pedagogical trainings; the analysis of its results, explanation of the efficiency and elaboration of methodological conditions of its successful realisation.
