Annotation

The present article deals with the content and structure of culture of professional and pedagogical self-realization of a higher educational institution lecturer. The author determines that the basis of its content is represented by a stable system of value orientations and strategies of self-realization and integral characteristics of a teacher’s personality. The structural components of this system are value orientations and strategies of self-realization, professional and pedagogical self-acknowledgement, creative activities.
