Annotation

The article describes the experience of modernization of pedagogical workers’ professional training system in the Chuvash Republic realized within the framework of the complex project of modernization of education and the project of the National Fund of retraining specialists “Introduction of the Model of Interschool Methodological Centres System to Support Informatization of the General Education”. The author determines the main directions of modern state educational policy in pedagogical workers’ professional training, singles out the tasks and exposes innovative directions of modernization.
