Annotation

The article presents the results of the study, which was aimed at the development and implementation of the technique of motorized troops reserve officers’ basic professional competences development in state technical colleges. The results of the investigation allowed revealing and substantiate a set of core professional competences of graduates of military departments. The author also shows a number of criteria and diagnostic tools for measurement of levels of the competences development.
