Annotation

The article is devoted to the means of developing construction college students` professional competences. On the evidence of the analysis of professional activities in the building and construction sphere, taking into account all the modern state standards and studying the requirements imposed by the market, the author defines the means which are necessary for the students’ professional competences development in the construction college environment. The author concludes that professional self-actualization and professional orientation of an individual promoting the ability to carry out professional responsibilities are considered important means of developming construction college graduates’ professional competences.
