ROLE OF ETHNOCULTURAL COMPONENT IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF FUTURE TEACHERS’ PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE

Annotation

The article looks into the role of åthnocultural component in the development of future teachers’ professional competence, ways and means of future teachers’ professional preparation quality improvement on the basis of the ethnocultural component. The author reveals the elements of the ethnocultural component involved in the solution of educational and training tasks of younger schoolchildren in the polyethnic educational environment. Scientific novelty of the research is ensured by substantiation of modern approaches to the process of future teachers’ professional and pedagogical competence development on the ethnocultural basis.
