Annotation

The article is devoted to the problem of developing ethnic tolerance in primary school in the process of a foreign language acquisition. The given age is the most sensitive for this important social quality formation. The author analyses the concepts of “tolerance” and “ethnic tolerance” on the basis of existing research works and suggests a number of methods allowing efficient development of ethnic tolerance in primary school.
