Annotation

A modern graduate of high school does not possess all the necessary social and economic knowledge and enterprise culture. Small-scale businesses development is today a macroeconomic priority, as mall-scale businesses form the basis of development of the middle class, which allows to considerably cut social budget spending, relieve tension in the society and which acts as an active conductor of market reforms.
