Annotation

This article dwells upon a number of activities aimed at instilling the need for humanistic self-improvement in modern teenagers. The aim of the research is to reveal the main pedagogical conditions of successful development of teenagers´ needs for humanistic self-development. The task of the research is to determine the most effective methods of pedagogical stimulation of teenagers´ needs for self-improvement. Thus, developing teenagers´ need for self-improvement is considered to be a vital condition of the formation of a harmoniously developed personality prepared for living in the modern world.
