Annotation

The article describes the system of professional training designed for tea chers of general and special disciplines working with students of economic faculties of universities. The program consists of five blocks and has been used for several years at the Professional Training Faculty of K. L. Khetagurov North-Ossetian State University. The system takes into account all the requirements of the modern labour market. The program is designed for whole department, which allows modifying the content of each block of the program depending on the subject area of the department, which leads in its turn to consolidation of the department staff around one scientific problem.
