Annotation

The article is devoted to the role of bilingual pedagogical system as the basic component of developing the culture of peace. In accordance with the purposes of bilingual pedagogical system the educational process is aimed at training a polycultural person in the structure of interaction between native and Russian cultures and the culture of the foreign language acquired. One of the leading factors in the acquisition of the cycle of languages is etiquette and the national etiquette, in particular, which correlates with purposes and tasks of the bilingual pedagogical system. The bilingual pedagogical system is a real practice of intercultural and personal interaction realization, development of the culture of peace and consent as factors of maintaining the educational, social, cultural and political space of the modern society.
