Annotation

The article is devoted to the regional program «Springs of Don», reflecting the regional aspect of preschool education in the context of ideas of culture-oriented education: cultural-cognitive, humanistic, moral, aesthetic values of history and arts of people. The program is focused on penetration into spiritual layers of the child’s personality, his emotional and aesthetic sphere. The content of the program acts as an effective means stimulating graphic-creative, constructive experience of the child, need for expression of his feelings, values and attitudes as the child is involved in active musical, graphic, speech, constructive and playing activities ensuring support of the process of the cultural identification.
