COMPETENCE APPROACH AS A CONDITION OF DEVELOPING A COMPETITIVE PERSON

Annotation

One of the grounds to update of the content of education is the competence approach based on the combination of intellect and skill constituents of education; development of the content of education according to the result; reflection of the human culture in all its structural complexity in the content of education. The article also analyses parameters of competitiveness, such as abilities, personality traits and states. The author develops a theoretical model linking five groups of project descriptions and revealing close interconnection of all the components of the integral process of a competitive specialist training.
