Annotation

The article describes telecommunication environment of distance professional education in a higher educational institution, whose functioning enables individual telecommunication adaptive educational systems to develop. The pedagogical constituent of the system of distance education is defined by the term “pedagogical design”, whose theoretical basis is formed by the methodology of advanced learning and programme engineering. The author underlines that educational environment is a model enabling interaction of various mental worlds within net interdiscourse.
