INFLUENCE OF MENTAL WORKLOAD ON RHEOENCEPHALOGRAPHIC INDICATORS OF HEALTHY SCHOOLCHILDREN AND CHILDREN WITH MINOR BRAIN DYSFUNCTION

Annotation

The article lists the results of the examination of 8-11 year-old children with minor brain dysfunction (MBD) by rheoencephalography. It was stated that by 10-11 years old blood filling of big arteries and the tone of arterial vessels rises in comparison with 8-9 year-olds. At the same time the hypermastodial gradient of veins tone indicators also goes up. The indicator of non-verbal intellect in healthy children is directly-proportional to the level of venous drainage, while in case of MBD it is inversely proportional to the level of blood filling of big arteries in bifrontal and bimastoidal systems and is also interconnected with symmetrization of artery blood filling indicator in the right and left brain basins, both in state of rest and active state. Workload test shows that the level of verbal intellect in children with MBD is inversely proportional to the level of blood filling of big arteries and vein drainage in bimastoidal basin.
