HOMEOSTATIC DIAGNOSTICS IN GROUPS OF ORPHAN CHILDREN UNDERGOING PSYCHOLOGICAL CORRECTION

Annotation

The experimental psychological and pedagogical research described in the article aims at assessing the adequacy of interpersonal communication of social orphans. The goals of the research are psychological assessment using a computer assisted method Homeostat and assessment of efficiency of the social and psychological personality correction programme designed for dealing with behavioural deviations in social orphans. Diagnostics and correction for the testees resulted in decreased levels of proneness to conflict, aggression and self-oriented aggression, as well as lower anxiety and fear levels whereas their school performance improved.
