CIVIC AND PATRIOTIC EDUCATION OF THE SENIOR PUPILS ON THE BASIS OF LEGAL KNOWLEDGE

Annotation

The nature, peculiarities, content and forms of senior pupils’ civil patriotic education realization are revealed in the article. The concept of civic patriotism is defined with the help of comparative analysis of the notions “patriotism”, “civic consciousness”, “legal culture” and “people’s patriotism”. On the basis of experiment results analysis the author shows that the efficiency of seniors’ civic and patriotic up-bringing depends on the teacher’s realization of the patriotic potential of legal knowledge. It also depends on the role of legal knowledge in public order, organization of situational training of pupils’ legal behaviour.
