Annotation

On the basis of the analysis of researches in the field of training teachers for professional activities the author reveals the essence and structure of the pedagogical culture and its component structure, in particular (pedagogical outlook, pedagogical behaviour, pedagogical skill) ensuring finding creative solutions to professional tasks. The article presents and substantiates the model including certain attributes, i.e. competence, value attitude, creative approach and levels (adaptive, heuristic and productive) of the pedagogical culture development, due to which the efficiency of the teacher’s activities is ensured
