Annotation

Quality of education as a main mechanism of public intellect passing ahead the development of quality of a person, science and culture is one of the main components of a person’s quality. Paying attention to the quality of the educational process means gradual realization of the fact that higher educational establishments render educational services. Nowadays internal audit transfers from the function firstly aimed at monitoring of financial accounting and minimization of taxes to the function embracing all aspects of organization including the educational process itself.
