Annotation

The article reveals pedagogical conditions of development of the linguistic competence of students of higher technical education, where the model of the development process is constructed and theoretically substantiated. The model represents a self-organized open system in which potential resources for positive advancement, self-perfection in sphere of speech interaction are put. The authors realize the system approach to modeling of the process in question, which allowed considering elements and parts as a whole and in interaction.
