Annotation

In our opinion, it is necessary to take the following steps in order to improve the level of fluency of post-graduate students in foreign languages – organization of electronic archives of translations of foreign scholarly publications (made by the students) and compulsory publication in foreign journal of scientific research results received by the studentss. It is also important to motivate professors to improve their language skills by publishing articles in foreign journals and participating in international conferences.
