Annotation

In the conditions of information society more and more demanded is information environment of an educational institution which integrates information educational resources. The information environment of a higher educational institution has specific, integrative nature and acts today as a space for professional and personal formation of all participants of the educational process. In this connection we consider the necessity of developing an information-research resource by lecturers of higher educational institutions to enter the unified information educational environment of a higher educational institution or a region. The research topicality is proved; its objectives and goals are formulated. The article also shows the scientific novelty, theoretical and practical importance of the research.
