Annotation

The article is devoted to the problem of gaining necessary professional competencies by students with the help of computer assisted training environment (computer education technologies) on the basis of the cybernetic approach. The author looks into the model of multicomponent adaptive computer education technology called “human-machine complex”, consisting of a number of technical, program and methodological aids allowing the user to achieve the applied objectives of education through human-machine dialogue.
