Annotation

The article is based on the analysis of Russian pedagogical cultural consciousness of the XIX century. It exposes main factors determining understanding and cognition of pedagogical reality, such as philosophical, scientific, Christian religious ideas and pedagogical experience. These factors determine the development of Russian pedagogical culture of the XIX century, especially its methodology.
