Annotation

The problem of preventive measures of cruel treatment and violence against children is one of the main problems in modern Russia. It is connected with the consequences of social and economical crises. So the attempts to solve these problems led to disadaptation of certain social groups. However, it is inappropriate to consider that violence against children is the only problem for our country. Unfortunately, cruel treatment of children goes through the whole human history, and the increasing numbers of violent actions against children are registered around the world. Domination of the problem of family violence as a certain special research indicates its actuality and necessity of system development of protective and corrective measures aimed at to its solving.
