Annotation

The object of this research lays in the sphere of the interactional technology of developing the personal activity. The work was started to find out the goal, main scientific criteria, staff-student interactional aspects, pedagogical realization criteria and the very system’s criteria of the interactional technology. As a result a new author’s self-organization based technology arose. The given technology will let the reader see wholly the creativity development process of a person in pedagogical interaction conditions.
