Annotation

The following article analyses the higher educational system from the point of view of the synergetic approach. The author investigates the process of constant educational system transformation and comes to the conclusion, that it changes its main functional, structural, organizational, ideological and valuable characteristics. The Bologna Process is regarded by the author as a specific model of the integration process making the formation of a single global social and cultural space significant in the modern society
