Annotation

The given article focuses on the intrinsic characteristics of the concepts of “educational services”, “education marketplace”, “competitiveness of educational institutions”, “competitiveness of graduates” and defines principles of preparation of a competitive specialist in higher educational environment (cluster, modular and competence orientated educational process, project targeted training). It also identifies factors influencing the conditions of the educational market, characterizes the essence of professional education as a systemic integrative interaction between education, science and production.
