Annotation

The article deals with the problem of development of human activities rationality in general as well as historical and pedagogical facts of the pedagogical science and pedagogical culture development, which are considered to be fundamental in understanding social and pedagogical study rationalization. The author reveals that the basis of social and pedagogical activities is formed by a ternary (threecomponent) scheme comprising scientific research, transformation and designing, where each component presupposes binary relations (theory and practice of the scientific research; theory and practice of transformation; theory of Pedagogics and designing as elements of the educator’s practical work).
