FIRST PROJECT OF “UNITED LABOUR SCHOOL” OF THE FUTURE: NEW CONCEPT OR CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT?

Annotation

The article is devoted to the analysis of the project “school of the future”, published in the first official Soviet documents. The author considers the concepts “education”, “united school”, “labour school” introduced in Pedagogy before the Revolution and used in the post-revolutionary period in historical retrospect and comparison. The authors categorically deny continuity of understanding and development of the concepts “educational ideal”, “civicism” and “labour school” in the theory of pre-revolutionary and post-revolutionary pedagogy.
