DEVELOPING INNOVATIVE (CREATIVE) THINKING IN POST-GRADUATE EDUCATION
Annotation
The article is devoted to the problems of innovative (creative) thinking in adult students. It focuses on the application of andragogical learning theory and methods in the life-long education system. The paper highlights the importance of developing strategies for influencing adult students and strengthening creativity in post-graduate learning. The target audience is teachers of higher professional schools who will be able to apply the research results to their practice.Key words
