Annotation

The article is devoted to the problems of innovative (creative) thinking in adult students. It focuses on the application of andragogical learning theory and methods in the life-long education system. The paper highlights the importance of developing strategies for influencing adult students and strengthening creativity in post-graduate learning. The target audience is teachers of higher professional schools who will be able to apply the research results to their practice.
