Annotation

This article focuses on the influence of motivation on developing technical college students’ professional competence. It presents an example of developing professional motivation in the collaborative dialogue environment. The suggested dialogue schemes differentiate a mber of central questions motivation is based on. The article describes the stages of the collaborative dialogue production in the course “Technical mechanics”. The author analyses the initial professional and vocational training quality.
