Annotation

This article is intended for teachers and students of special education and special education practitioners. The article aims at examining the system of basic concepts and terminology associated with deontological training of special teachers. The author gives a definition of “deontology of special education”, introduces a new concept of “deontological meta-component” of educational activities. The article presents descriptions of the development of value-moral sphere and professional competencies of the future specialist and their interaction providing deontological commitment of a special teacher
