Annotation

The article is devoted to certain theoretical aspects of studying the problem of education informatization. The author considers various interpretations of the following concepts: “information”, “information society”, “information technology”, “pedagogical technologies” and specifies positive aspects of training involving new information communication technologies. The article clarifies the notions “didactic core”, “pedagogic technology objectives”, “types of training programmes” and tackles upon the issue of the place of computer technologies in the educational process. The author also suggests a model of organisation of the educational process with the use of information technologies.
