Annotation

At the present moment there is a necessity in qualitative change in training Heads of educational establishments which allows combining the fundamental nature of professional basic knowledge with innovative thinking and practice oriented research approach to the solution of specific educational problems. Innovative practice of the best schools and their Heads ensuring positive results should be applied to the system of raising the level of professional skills. The article also touches upon the organizational pedagogical conditions ensuring effective improvement of professional skills of Heads of educational establishments on the basis of innovative experience centres.
