UNIFIED INFORMATION ENVIRONMENT AS METHODOLOGICAL BASIS FOR MULTI-LEVEL TRAINING IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS

Annotation

The article deals with the development of the unified information educational environment concept (UIEE) of the higher educational establishment and its practical implementation on the example of the Rostov branch of the Russian Customs Academy. The author analyses the normative-legal basis of the introduction of UIEE, suggests a rational structure of its realization, and characterizes the elements of the system. On the example of certain higher educational establishments the approaches for creation of UIEE and practical use of its elements are considered. The article also tackles the problems arising from the creation of the system, and the ways of their solution.
