Annotation

The article presents the results of the research and gives theoretical substantiation to the model of Economic Students’ Mathematical competence development. The author specifies the aims of the process of the students’ mathematical competence development with the help of computer technologies. The author also analyses the structural elements of the model, develops the electronic teaching materials for the course “Basics of Linear Programming” created in the software environment Macromedia Flash. The article presents ways of improving standards and programmes of Economic education and the educational process of educational institutions engaged in professional training of specialists.
