DEVELOPING TEACHERS’ AND STUDENTS’ PRODUCTIVE COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS

Annotation

The main aim of the research was to develop methods of correcting unproductive communicative skills of lecturers and experimentally check its effectiveness. The results of the research showed the following: the level of professional activities of 53,1% of the lecturers participating in the research grew considerably, the qualitative progress in studies made by their students increased by 18,2%. These data prove the efficiency of the methods and the expediency of applying them in the process of training and qualification improvement of teaching staff.
