DEVELOPMENT OF THE CONFLICT COMPETENCE OF TEACHERS IN THE FIELD OF PEDAGOGICAL-INTERACTION WITH STUDENTS’ PARENTS
Annotation
The article presents the results of an experimental research of personal predisposition to conflict behaviour of teachers in pedagogical interaction with the pupils’ parents. The author compares the preferred styles of behaviour in a conflict of situation of teachers with different pedagogical experience, and working in various sociocultural school environment. The article proves it possible to develop the teacher’s conflict competence with the help of pedagogical and psychological accompaniment (focused on active methods) carried out by the experts of the municipal Centre of Psychological, Medical and Social Support.Key words
