OPTIMIZATION OF DIALOGUE INTERACTION OF STUDENTS OF A BOARDING-SCHOOL OF THE SANATORIUM TYPE

Annotation

The article proves that dialogue interaction of students of a boarding-school will become a form of their personal development and improvement in case of providing the following pedagogical conditions: the priority of education in the boarding-school environment is the optimization of the students’ dialogue interaction; the model of the students’ dialogue interaction is developed and implemented; subject-subject interaction in the educational environment is organized by the tutor and is socially and culturally oriented, which implies dialogue interaction focused on values and meanings of the participants. The author is the first to formulate “dialogue interaction of students of a boarding-school of the sanatorium type” as a special environment of the participants’ interaction, where they enter free communication promoting trust, unity of views, development of such values as health, mutual understanding and tolerance.
